User-Uploaded Imagery: By uploading images or visual assets to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to store, process, analyze, modify, and use such content as part of our platform operations. You retain ownership of your original content.
We only retain listing-related information and product imagery. We store your email address encrypted at rest. We never sell or share your personal data.
All user data stored by the Service is encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as eBay via OAuth2. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
